Watch Services
Modern and vintage wrist and pocket watch repairs, servicing, restoration, battery replacement, re-water resistance sealing, strap and bracelet supply / repair / alteration and case & bracelet polishing. Most brands are catered for including Rolex. Some repairs and battery replacements can be completed on the premises.

As well as having our own watch repairer associated with our Bournemouth branch, we are also able to undertake official service centre repairs, when required for the following brands : Omega, Tissot, Longines, Rado, Tag Heuer, Cartier, Breitling and Girard Perregaux.
Insurance Valuations
New replacement and actual value insurance valuations. Probate, family division and realistic cash realisation valuations. Completed by experienced staff on the premises.
Insurance loss and replacement. We welcome the opportunity to help guide you through your insurance claim and advise how to deal with loss adjusters and other formalities. Our aims are to minimize your inconvenience and maximize your return. We are registered with LMG and can help you replace your missing jewellery with exactly what you want, be it new or vintage / antique pieces. That's something you do not get on the High Street.
Buying
We are always looking to buy scrap gold, platinum, palladium or silver, any amount, however small or large. Gold and silver coins, ingots, resalable or broken jewellery, silverware, gemstones and small antique items. We are also interested in purchasing pocket watches and wristwatches, modern and vintage, whether working or not. Single items or collections. From a current model Citizen Eco Drive to a vintage Rolex Oyster Perpetual. Gentleman's Omega watches are urgently required.
We also accept your fine jewellery and swiss watches on a sale or return basis with a very competitive rate (selected items only, terms and conditions apply).
Part Exchange and Upgrade Service
Available on most items for sale in store. Turn your unworn items into something you will wear or be able to gift to others. If you are not sure if anything is of value or not, just bring it in and we will let you know.
